Selected Work

The work matters. The thinking behind it matters more.

These examples show the kinds of communication and organizational challenges I have worked on, with the focus on what the work needed to accomplish rather than a list of deliverables.

A Note on the Work

This portfolio is intentionally selective.

Much of my experience comes from complex, regulated environments where internal strategy, technical information, and business processes should not be published in full.

The examples here are designed to show how I think, the kinds of problems I have worked on, and the capabilities I brought to them without exposing confidential or proprietary information.

Full case studies can be shared privately when relevant to a role or project discussion.

Market Education + Launch

Educating a market before asking it to adopt something new

The Challenge

An emerging scientific issue was becoming increasingly important, but many clients and prospects did not yet understand what it was, how it affected patients, or why testing mattered.

What I Brought to It

I recognized that product promotion alone would not be enough. The audience first needed context and education before the new testing option would be meaningful.

Capabilities Demonstrated

Scientific translation, audience education, integrated launch communication, subject-matter expert collaboration, content strategy, and sales enablement.

Education Systems

Building an education system instead of isolated content

The Challenge

Customers and internal teams regularly needed help understanding complex scientific topics, testing concepts, specimen requirements, and emerging issues.

What I Brought to It

I moved beyond one-off content and developed a connected educational approach that could meet audiences at different levels of knowledge and in different moments of need.

Capabilities Demonstrated

Content strategy, technical translation, education design, audience segmentation, training, knowledge systems, and repeatable communication infrastructure.

Internal Communications

Creating stronger communication infrastructure as the organization grew

The Challenge

As the organization grew, employees needed more consistent access to leadership communication, company priorities, shared information, and context about what was happening across the business.

What I Brought to It

I helped develop a more consistent communication rhythm and stronger infrastructure using leadership communications, Town Halls, quarterly business reviews, employee feedback, and shared resources.

Capabilities Demonstrated

Executive communications, internal communications strategy, employee engagement, communication systems, feedback, governance, and organizational alignment.

Beyond the Examples

I am often most useful where communication meets process, people, and systems.

Some of my strongest work does not fit neatly into a campaign or content category.

It may involve improving a workflow, clarifying ownership, strengthening a handoff, creating training around a recurring problem, organizing knowledge, or helping different functions better understand what the others need.

Those situations are often where communication becomes most valuable because the goal is not simply to say something better. It is to help the organization work better.

This portfolio is intentionally selective.

I do not publish confidential information, detailed internal processes, proprietary strategy, or material that belongs to a former employer or client. The examples here are designed to show how I think and the kinds of problems I have worked on without giving away information that should remain private.
